FAQ
▸Why does each creator pick their own %?
Because they're the one paying it: the % comes out of their own earnings. Setting it themselves lets creators compete for promoters (higher % = more promoters interested), while small creators with low margins can opt in cautiously.
▸How does attribution work?
Anyone clicking a referral link gets a 30-day cookie. If they sign up + make their first paid action inside that window, the referrer is credited for life on that fan's spend with the specific creator.
▸Can I do both: opt in AND refer others?
Yes. Opting in as a creator (setting your %) and earning by referring other creators are independent. Many creators do both.
▸What if I just want to promote knky itself?
Use the 'Promote knky' page: flat 10% commission paid out of knky's platform fees (not from any specific creator). Has its own enrolment + two separate links (refer fans / refer creators).
▸When do I get paid?
15th of the month, MassPay. $20 minimum for creators / referrers; $50 minimum for platform promoters. Refunds within 60 days claw back pro-rata.
